The Girl on the Train: Full Movie Netflix, Release Date, Cast

The Girl on the Train is an Indian mystery thriller movie. The movie is based on Paula Hawkins’s novel ‘The Girl on the Train‘. It is directed by Ribhu Dasgupta and stars very charming actress Parineeti Chopra as an alcoholic widow who gets involved in a murder investigation. It co-stars Aditi Rao Hydari, Kirti Kulhari and introduces British actor Sammy Jonas Heaney.

The story follows a divorcee who fixates on the lives of a perfect couple from the window of a train during her daily commutes. Unfortunately, it isn’t long before she becomes entangled in a murder case that has her questioning herself and her entire life.

Release Date of Movie

The film was due to release theatrically in May 2020, until the spread of the coronavirus pandemic canceled those plans. But now it is all set to release on 26th February 2021 on Netflix. Parineeti Chopra had also shared the teaser and poster of the movie on Instagram.

The film will be available for streaming on Netflix from February 26.
